This SUX!
The intro takes 5 minutes with SWISH or other text program and its old tricks already.
and about the game:
1) Importing all the stuff must be the longest
thing it takes to make this game. -> 15
minutes.
2) A car that drives -> 5 minutes.
3) Creating people -> 2 minutes.
4) HitTest with people -> 8 minutes.
5) HitTest with buildings (that actually sux) ->
10 minutes.
6) Changing cars -> 10 minutes.

Thats a total of 55 minutes wich is not much and you made it really suck, the entire level is one shity place and the people aren't even moving.

AND THE MOST BAD THING -> ITS FUCKING 3MB(!!!!) FOR A REALLY STINKING MOVIE THAT TAKES 55 MINUTES TO MAKE AND HAVE ALMOST NOTHING IN IT!
GOD DAMMAT IT SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN 200KB, BUT 3MB? THATS SHHIIITTT!!!

And one more thing, the graphics isn't yours so I gave you a 0.

This has the poetenial to be a great game, but it's just a square with people to kill. Once you kill the people, what do you do now?

I'll give it 10 on everything 'cuz i know how hard you worked on this... i'm waiting on more levels and more obstacles.. by the way, that was the best intro i'v ever seen on newgrounds!
