Reviews for "33"

I was actually really confused reading other reviews, because whenever I was playing, the screen was always just random colors. It didn't show anything at all when I zoomed in, and I just assumed I was supposed to push the button a bunch because that seemed to be the only thing that moved it forward.

I also looked away for maybe about 20 seconds because of my cat and then all of a sudden I see it just zooming out from some numbers or something.

I mean, what I was able to play seemed interesting enough, but there's not really much sound or indication to anything, and the weird screen thing, I'm guessing I missed a lot I should have seen.

A moose with a noose.

That's all I can say.

This is an Orwellian Non-Game with a powerful message and very fitting to the theme of Ludum Dare 40 "The more you have, the worse it is"

To actually be a game this should have some option to escape the consumerist destiny, like understanding what's gong on and stopping buying things, maybe getting enough money to buy freedom or somehow using some of the items you buy to break your noose and escaping. Sadly as far as I can tell there no such option, the TV won't let you earn more money and will just show ads endlessly if you save and don't buy. The interaction with items is also low.

I am giving a generous amount of score due to the message and animation, but there should be some way to win to call this a game and give this a really good score.

it had arabic writings wtf?! i like it :)
