Really though, what did Dojima ever ACTUALLY do? He works all the time neglecting his daughter, but he never seems to accomplish anything. I know persona has a hard-on for adults being evil and incompetent, but come on.

I have no idea what Persona is. This was very hard to follow. I really really really enjoyed this animation.
