Seriously though, with this animation start with your own series XD
The animation was pretty strong, the art and sound design were both really good(nearly felt like watching the original), and some of the visual puns landed pretty well. I feel like all the fundamentals of this piece were where they needed to be, however, without a stronger premise or more variety in the story telling I couldn't get too excited it. You clearly have a lot of potential and have put in a hell of a lot of work already.
I don't care so much for the anti-smartphone message, but I absolutely loved the animation. Watching it almost made me feel like I was watching the actual cartoon. You captured the characters and their personalities really well, and I can definitely see them behaving this way if they were re-imagined in this generation. Maybe instead of jawbreakers they want Candy Crush (cringe) coins. Haha.
