Reviews for "Finding Jack's Treasure"

I like that the responses when I used the piston on the bird and the Vinnie. It makes me feel that the author is a kinda person.

Game play is straightforward.

These games feel very mass manufactured. I wish the character was animated and not just standing there and we could see him loading cannon, shooting musket and so on , but as I understand the author's goal is to release a new game monthly or so and there is no time for that.

Also the game gives too much away. How did the main guy know there is something in pipe or lamp? The lamp would be made better if there would be a light switch that when turned on would reveal a shadow of something inside and similarly some indication could be there about pipe being blocked.

The pencil puzzle was something not seen before and had potential, but it was the last remaining thing to to so no doubt where to use it - and it would be much more challenging on a 3x3 or 4x4 grid - 2x2 was just too little.

The game was still somewhat fun, but in a fleeting fast food sense.

I always look forward to your games. They are very visually appealing and the puzzles are fun. I like how it makes you really observe your surroundings and use logic. I especially like puzzles that are solved visually like the puzzle at the end.

I actually bypassed two of the puzzles (the first screen and the gift shop) by guessing because I couldn't figure out what the hint was. That one on the screen with the parrot was a real pain because I couldn't easily memorize the code on the pages and then input it before I forgot. Hey, they can't all be winners, and at least the music was relaxing. Also, the voices and animation in your puzzles was, as always, of good quality.

I'm with the Dumb Ass VVVV
