that heroic cloth armor looks strangely like the royal vampire armor from Skyrim.

Not sure how I got this bug, but an epic leather armor keeps sticking on my mouse in Neglen.
Now I can't click on anything because of this.
Button "only loot this kind of stuff" doesn't work at all. I press "superior" and still common items are looted.
Majorly confused here.
I have a warrior with level 2 heavy weapons skill.
61 base strength. Level 24 Heroic Axe of Strength says +138 strength.
Yet when I equip it, I only receive +27 strength...
What gives?

For the heavy weapon : 10 pts for FULL effect (written in the talent description),
So if you "only" put 2 pts in this, you wont have the full effect
