After getting Shiny Joy I can get a scene with her in her office. However, if I save (password) and exit I can't get it unless I beat her again.

This was done on purpose to stop people from sharing shiny cosplayers with each other. Using the non-password load will load joy if when you saved last she was unlocked.

Awesome job yet again! I could wax poetic about the quality of each of your releases forever, but I'll be brief for your sake and just say that it's solid gameplay, good animations, and great dialogue.
As for constructive criticism:
- As a few other reviewers mentioned, sex sounds would be cool for animated sequences. 'Elana, Champion of Lust' uses a great site for their game, I can't remember what it is right now though.
- Would be cool to have Squirtle cosplayer having her own skills as well, instead of using grass/fire/thunder, would add more depth to combat. Combat seems to be getting a bit routine, would be nice to get out of: 'throw up grass buff, rope, thunder, auto attack till death' that kind of works on everything so far.
- ?Bug? Shiny Jesse can run from fights, where most other super-rare cosplayers can't. I don't recall if Misty could, but I don't think so.
