Why weren't there any words until a minute in? I didn't like that. Still, this is a very fun cartoon. It mostly works because of how gorgeous the animation is. Wow, a music video with a "To Be Continued" at the end? I've never seen that before!
You'd think something so short wouldn't need that. I'm glad you're still around, Weebl. Well, there's still tons of stuff you don't have here. I miss Jelly Penguin. Of course, the colors were wonderful.

I know you know that you screwed up syncing the lights and the music at 0:34-0:35, the question is, why didn't you bother to fix it? Since a child I always admired your work, and I can't even remember how many times I sung "look at my horse, my horse is amazing"... If you are planning to get clumsy, please do not do it in a beautifully detailed animation, just get back to the old comic stuff so we can all laugh a little :)
the choice of colors is so good!
the beat was smooth and the tone was killer also the animation was prime but it didn't really grab my attention. nothing jumped out at me about the video or the music. I was prone to click away after the minute and then 2/3s of the way through the music video showed promise with the looming shadows in the backdrop but nothing happened! Look at the animation called ghost by mystery machine as an example of great music video arrangement oh and keep at guys.
