Fantastic game. Love the addition of Charmander and the gold gaccha machine. I don't know if it's because I played the shit out of the previous two games but this one seemed a lot easier.
For those having trouble here are strategies for beating each cosplayer:
1. Pikachu - Don't use no-escape ropes until you have Moth Swarm (grass spell) to level 2. Then start the fight by casting Moth Swarm. If she charges for a heavy attack, defend, otherwise use a no-escape rope. From there, just attack til she dies. Easy peesy.
2. Bulbasaur - Nearly the same strategy as above but instead have Moth Swarm level 3 and the fire spell (Ignite) at level 2. Start the fight with moth swarm then use a no-escape rope if she isn't charging for a heavy attack. Then just attack her. If she uses her healing spell on you, do not attack. Use Ignite which will remove the heal status on you. If she doesnt use the heal spell again, attack her like normal unless she is charging. IF she does cast it on you again, use the ignite spell again for big damage. Do not defend unless she charges, otherwise you lose your attack bonus. With that said, the above strategy isn't fool proof. You can still die unless you get lucky and have a lot of stickers.
3. Charmander - Like the previous two strategies, use Moth Storm to start the fight. YOu should have both your pikachu and bulbasaur's quests complete so they spawn more often. You should also be close to having all the stickers now. If you are fighting her for the first time, don't use the no escape rope. The second time you can. After you beat her and she becomes echoes of charmander, then you can use no escape rope on first encounter. Her ignite spell does a bit of damage but it's status effect is ignorable. Just keep attacking, or use level 3 Lightning spell to get rid of the status effect and possibly summon pikachu for more damage. If you get to half health before her, start spaming moth swarm. It will make you basically immortal unless she hits you with a heavy attack. Always defend her heavy attacks. The chance of the ignited defence failing is like 1/10. If it fails, you die. If it doesn't, you have nothing to fear. Note that the ignited status effect she puts on you does about 20 damage to you per turn. Keep a healing item on you at all times.
Hopefully this helps anyone that's struggling to beat them.
