Reviews for "Anti Chess"

I really liked this game!

devilsgarage responds:

Glad you do!

lol what... do you have chess frustation? XD

devilsgarage responds:

heck, chess is indeed a tough game, on the other hand anti-chess follows similar rules and with the daisy-chaining rules, tends to simplify the process. Also makes the game go faster. Either way this game is not for everyone, but for folks who love chess

It was super easy to win, I just started at the easiest level and moved my way up to master. Granted, Veteran AI and Master AI won once against me and my rad suicidal moves (haha) but I beat them on my second, third and fourth tries.

It was a really good throwback game that me and my chess-obsessed friends played seven years back. To be frank, my friends all fight harder and smarter than the AI. It can be noted that the AI focuses on short-term decisions to win rather than gunning for the long-run (the entire match). I want to ask whether the difficulty is the actual rank of chess players on the international level or is it just the difficulty setting?

To clarify what I asked, are the difficulty level similar to chess player ranks if you go to a tournament? Like Master difficulty is actually something like Gary Kasparov trying his hand at playing the game Anti-chess?
