I'm sorry but I fail to see much in this and this is definitely not T or PG-13 with all this gore.
For the movie itself I think some of the message is there, esp with the boss's emotions and expressions and his struggle.
However his efforts to keep the employees happy somehow made them high on drugs and mutilate themselves. I don't see the connection there.
