This is pretty cool. I like the off-beat percussion. It's interesting that there are so many instruments playing in the background, and the vocals fit right on in this song. Overall a sweet tune :) I wish it was a big longer, though.

Forgive me if I screw up on the drum names but I felt the Hat (?) at 0:16 seemed a bit out of place. It wasn't bad but the beat just didn't seem to fit, almost like it started too late.
The vocals were pretty good. The song seemed a bit too high-pitched for my liking, but that's just imo. I also didn't think that synth at the beginning needed to do that stop and start thing.
For not actively listening to Hip Hop I seemed to like it.
