Wow! Okay, this was a tough one, but not as tough as others. I am gonna give it a 5-star review. Thank you for the escape challenge!
The walkthrough page/video, however, is so littered with ads that you can't even watch the walkthrough video for any help! So, I am gonna save some people some aggravation and frustration and post it here. If you don't want help- then don't continue to read. Other than that great escape game! Enjoy! Thanks!

The Beginning:
Alright, you are in a mall (obviously) with a grumpy guard who will not let you pass the front doors to leave. Check out this area first for your first item. -Lighter under trashcan next to guard ( you'll need this for the screwed-shut vent into the coffee shop).
Leave the area, there is nothing here to do for now.
(You'll see an arcade, but you cannot do anything here, yet. Keep going until you reach the clothing store.)
Clothing store area:
- Flamingo Clothing Store: (Birds eye view really gives directions!)
(This will help to unlock the locked bag-like thing in the changing stall): Up down left down up right down left. You receive a Hairpin! Erm. Okay. I'll bite.
(Time to leave the creepy store, there's nothing left, but bad fashion.)
The Coffee Shop Area (1st time out of 3):
Ah, the coffee shop- can't do much here, yet, but take a quick moment to notice the cleaning cart.
-Bottom shelf of cleaning cart under the towels: Black Key
Go to the next area as we need items from there to get into the coffee shop!
Random Room With A Lot Going On:
Okay, I'll try and make this simple as possible.
-Take notice of the area with pay phones, sign, and a locked door.
-* The middle pay phone* notice the color # pads that read (B)2 (Y)4 (P)6 (G)8
(2,4,6,8 who do we appreciate!? Gaming creators! Yay! haha)
-Take note of the odd colors on the "Out of Order" sign:
(This is a code for another locked box we cannot get to yet. "Out of Order" colors on the sign in front of the escalators read U-Blue =2 O-Green=8 D-Purple=6 R-Yellow=4) :2864 is "not" out of order.
-Now proceed to the locked door. Use the Hairpin to "pick" the lock on the door near the "out of order" escalators. You will want to start this crazy lock from the top and go to the right ( pushing the pins only until they are 1st visible in the openings that are there and the bottom you go right to left.) The door unlocks to reveal a red box!
-Oh no, of course, this thing is locked too! However, we already have the code for this one! :D
-Red locked box 4 digit-# code (Oh yeah!): 2864 - gives you a screwdriver! (You'll need this to get into the air vent at the coffee shop).
Continue on to the next area to your right:
Continue to the next area where there is a trash can, an "N.E.W.S." stand (note these letters are outlined in red) and a locked cage area.
-Use the black key to unlock the locked cage door that goes into the bathroom.
Unlocked Bathroom:
Here you will see 3 stall doors. 2 of them are green and one is red. Red=locked.
-Enter the middle door (green= unlocked) stall and hit that toilet paper that's just dangling there like a spoiled brat, until a key falls out onto the floor. Ooh, key! Take it to the stall with the RED (locked) stall and open it.
-Here you will find a briefcase sitting in the stall with a 4-way arrow lock... -Remember N.E.W.S.....North (up) East (right) West (left) South ( down)- unlock to get: a DOLLA!! YAY!! I got a dolla, hey, hey, hey, hey!
Now, it's time to return to the coffee shop area.
Coffee Shop Area (2nd time out of 3)
-Go back to the coffee shop: move the wooden bench out of the way to reveal a screwed-shut air vent. Use the screwdriver, of course, to unlock the air vent. It'll say that it's "too dark" when you click to enter, so you will need to equip that lighter you found at the beginning and now you're inside the coffee shop!
Inside Coffee Shop (finally!):
You'll notice the barista dude behind the counter. Click on him as this is the only thing you can interact with in this area. The Barista will go on to tell you how he wonders how you magically wandered in there when they're closed but then goes on to tell you he wants a ticket ( you probably remember running by an arcade because I mentioned it and it's kinda hard to miss). He wants you to go get him "ticket" because he is 1 away from getting some prize he wants. Time to go to the arcade. Yep.
Arcade Area:
-To get this ticket, you must insert the hey, hey, dolla into the "TOKEN" machine out front and proceed to play one of the games in the arcade and grab the ticket that dispenses. Take it back to the Barista.
Coffee Shop Area (3rd time out of 3):
-Go back to the coffee shop ( through the dark vent again) and present the barista that will give you something for this ticket that he really wanted, to get his prize. He says he will reward you with donuts, but they are days old!? (Ew!)... Hmm... Back to the mall entrance we go!
Mall Entrance:
I honestly was pissed off at the mall guard at the door so I was just thinking to go give that salty jerk some old ass donuts and maybe something will happen. ( Yeah, go eat these old freaking donuts you grumpy jerk!) Weirdly, he took them to go shove his fat face, leaving the door to freedom open for you to galavant through, like the majestic escape artist you are!
