i have been a pokemon since it first came out wen i was a kid and im still a fan now this is an awesome pic of gyarados great artworn i love the old fasion japanese waves great worl 10 out of 10
Head is a bit off-scale
But other than that its quite nice
good job

the only thing i noticed is that you make tho body thicker right at the front there, then anywhere else
it sort of looks like an akward lump, or maybe that hes kinda fat
but thats the only thing i have noticed, and the picture is really good all together
