Okay, so, I don't even need to tell you that I think the animation was great, because it clearly was (even though there wasn't much of it). I want to tell you about comedic timing.
Yours is spot on, to a T. Fast paced moving from joke to joke not stopping anywhere that would ruin the constant laughter. I do think that it ended too abruptly but I think that was intended? After all, the final line was a title drop and a visual gag relating to it. I suppose that it works in my opinion. It seems like a spontaneous and comedic rapid fire train-of-thought with animated visuals.

Very very good sense of pacing you have there. You could not be any more dead on, I originally intended for it to go on for a while, but cut it off abruptly. Namely to keep it under 30 secs. Its something Ill work on in future projects. Thanks for the feedback :)
