Ok I have a few things
The lead beginning at 1:01 sounds very weird. My ears can't stand that sort of noise, it just sounds like it doesn't fit into the song.
The mixing needs work, the combination does not work in this song.
The percussion seems alright, but they sound to soft for me.
The growls... please fix they are very extraneous doesn't fit with the song at all.
I understand it's your first song, and you did great for a first. These are just the things that I think you need to improve on :D

I admit, this wasn't a very good song. I did rush into making this. But I can assure you my original tracks on Youtube are better :) Since it is 2016 now and I have gotten better over time.
