You should of made a flash with some of these sounds. Then that would of been better.

There weren't many quotes, and not all of them were cartmans, I wouldn't be able to use this in a prank call. I'm sure you could do better.
Cartman is the best part of SouthPark. He is not afraid to say controversial and hilarious things. The selection of was too limited, you should include at least short ones, or 30 longer ones. If you added some animation it could improve.
You have to learn the basics.
In a soundboard, there has to be more than 50 sounds in order to make it good. There has to be enough for a prank call.
