I'm giving this game 3 stars because it was made in 48 hours. I was interested, but it was swiftly brushed aside as I slowly stopped caring, and became disillusioned with the intended message. I've played a couple dozen games exactly like this, and most of them did it better. The thing that made me give this game stars was the very end, when it asks what the game is about, which was clever. No joke, I typed in "Boredom" (I probably missed some kind of proper ending), that's how tired I was of the same formula of having an acoustic instrument played while you perform the exact same repetitive action over and over again. I was hoping for the news to change everyday, or possibly even just once, half way through. Maybe I'm just a cynical jerk who's played too many artsy games, but that's my opinion on the design and "story".
Good ass game. Like seriously, it's deep, visually pleasing though it's simplistic, and the message is loud and clear. Like holy hell it's so good.
