How to make the synth:
Two saw waves, one with 3 voices and with 0.02 detune. Distortion, drive boosted, some highs cut, reverb, delay, chorus, compressor. Small atack and portamento. Great sound.
(its at lest similar)

1:14, very tasteful section right here, love the arp lead. The percussion that comes afterwards is very original too. 3:20, the guitar and electronic lead were an awesome combo here too! Cool cool m8!
