Very smooth gameplay.
Easy-to-control character
Well-made hitboxes (sometimes buggy)

No sound
No character animations
One type of obstacle
Boring level design
Poorly-drawn character
Misleading thumbnail (yes, i was expecting blood)

--TIPS--
Try to work on level design, maybe add some sound and character animations.
More obstacle types would help. Also, what's the green bar in the upper left corner for? I didnt spot a change in it during gameplay.
