This is awesome. Enough said. Looking forward to the better version. The only problems were dying when jumping on a koopa guard and hitting the boxes sometimes took a few goes. But still, this is awesome. An idea for the better version: a Bowser boss fight. I hope you take that idea into mind :).
A creative idea and fun, it has a great potential and freedom for the player, not too much challenging, but still really good, just wish that had more levels
This game is so much easier with the knives! I played maybe four or five levels without using the knives or the mines because I didn't read the description. I saw the icons, but I didn't know what they meant or how to use them. I was wondering why it was so difficult. Turns out I was just a different kind of stupid than I thought, haha.
Anyway, this game is really fun and very well-made. Funny crossover. Definitely saving this for when I feel like speed-running.
Removing half a star for odd keybinding. Seriously, QAWZ to attack?! Why not CXZ or CXY (Because my dumb keyboard has the Z and Y swapped).
Also WASD is usually the alternative for the arrow keys, so I can only expect that many more people will hit their A and W keys to move only for Mario up there to shoot some projectiles. Really it's a bad first impression.
