Reviews for "A Matter of Caos: Episode 2"

I placed the mirror on the bar but I can't join the game. Is there something wrong? I did everything up to this point.

ExperaGameStudio responds:

You need to do three things in order to play the card game - putting the mirror is just one of them. You'll also have to bribe the barman to obtain some information about Mentzen, and to befriend Mylenda, the hooker, helping her with her pimp.

LOVED this, I didn't think it would be easy to top the last episode but this one definitely did. Can't wait to play the next one!

ExperaGameStudio responds:

Thank you very much! :) We'll upload the third episode on NG as soon as possible: we hope it won't disappoint you! :) Have a great day and keep having fun!

What can I say. I love it!
I love mystery and this game had kept me on my seat wondering what is going to happen next.
I wish I can turn the guy to "The Blade" though.
Can't wait for the third episode.

ExperaGameStudio responds:

Thank you! Yes, we thought about telling the truth to Mick, but it wouldn't help Mr. Gilbert, so... Anyway, we're going to upload the third episode on NG very soon, stay tuned and keep having fun! :)

I enjoyed it *_* It is sooo absorbing (sorry if it sounds weird:D)
I really loved the plot, and characters. All of them are unique and have their own background so it is kind of interesting to listen to their stories (I love Mick "The Blade" ^_^).
About the gameplay... I think it was the first time when I tried it, AND I LOVE IT. I helps to be more attentive to the plot, but not boring, it still asks for actions. I really liked it.
Thank you very much for creating this game. I played the first episode, and was wishing for the second to be uploaded soon, and here you are :) I am super excited for the third episode ^_^

ExperaGameStudio responds:

Aaaaaaawww! THANK YOU! We'll release the third episode very soon here on NG; just wait for us, stay tuned and keep having fun! :)

I love these games. Extremely well written, in respect to storyline and world building. It shows a lot of thought has not only gone into the plot of the main storyline, but also the world in which all of this takes place. That adds a really neat extra element to the whole classic detective story idea. The nuts and bolts are solid too: menus, maps, and items are all easy and intuitive to interact with. Puzzles are logical and forgiving in just the right places, which keeps finding solutions intriguing without becoming frustrating. It's just a really well polished game all over. The last episode was awsome, this one was great, and I'm really looking forward to the next episode. For me this series is right up there with the Hyptosis and Psionic series, which are some of my favorites of all time. Great job, and thanks for the games.

ExperaGameStudio responds:

Right now we're crying because of you! *_* THANK YOU! We put A GREAT effort building the story, and it's awesome to see it worked! We'll release the next episode soon on Newground, we deeply hope you'll like it as well! Stay tuned and keep having fun!
