Reviews for "Strike Force Heroes 3"

no character customization

This feels like a downgrade of the previous strike force heroes game in a lot of ways. Though the leveling up and progression system has me hooked and coming back for weeks. I wish there were more weapons and upgrades to collect, also the same old arena style gets old after a while. This would have been better off being some spin off from the main SFH series called "Strike Force Heroes: Operation Globex".

incredible game but still has problems for example knight absolutely sucks, so just don't use him. also the level of the guns usually scales up to the highest level dude you have can cause some problems when you get a new guy so i suggest to keep prototype weapons and don't sell them because you probably won't get a gun they can use for a while

It's not a bad game. I'm enjoying the game for the most part and how it really does feel like scrounging together a company of mismatched heroes. On the other hand, the campaign is so lackluster. It really doesn't deserve to be called the "story of the game", but I suppose it serves its purpose as a progression line to earn rewards and classes. The art style isn't even just an upgrade from the original two games. These deviates into another branch of cartooniness, something I'm not so much a fan of. SFH2 was an upgrade in every regard to SFH, and while this fails to feel like a real SFH title in some places, it does a solid job in the mechanics department and content is plentiful. Overall, very good with some hang-ups. Looking forward to the remake of SFH though! I've had it wishlisted on steam for a while, and so far THAT looks like how I wish this game had turned out.
