Fun little game, the music is kinda repetetive but that's ok,the secrets are very easy to find but that's ok, i would totally reccomend playing...

And then, he got sum puss-ay. Anyways, great game, the secrets were not too easy nor too hard to find.
Interesting game, but a few notes for you:
1) The detection on jumping is a little shaky. I can actually step off of a ledge and use both of my jumps afterward if I'm careful about it.
2) I went left from the start instead of right and fell into a pit. After figuring out that I could wall jump entirely by accident, I found a flower and had no idea what to do with it. This is because the instructions for the game - specifically, wall jumping, double-jumping, and collecting items - are only found if you go RIGHT from the starting point. Perhaps include instructions in both directions, or even directly overhead as you spawn in front of your house?
Either way, a good first effort, I'd like to see you expand upon it.
I liked the music and art style but I wish it was a little longer and had more game play to it. I actually think it would be cool to see a sequel of this game.

Were the "A and D to move" sign a joke? Because, you know. You have to discover how to move to be able to reach the sign telling you how to move (and A and D or arrow keys to move are standard). Maybe you wouldn't even need to tell K was "read" and "talk". The Menu already tells the player that the "k" works like an "enter" or "action button" in this game. Maybe it would add up to the exploration, which seems to be the main aspect of this game.
I liked the theming though :)
And there was a small problem on the wall jump, probably related to colision detection
