At first glance this game seems too simple and boring, a one button game like any other. Wrong!
It gets incredibly hard and devilishly addicting, leaving you wondering: "How hard can it be to push one button? Seriously, you have ONE job!" And then you start over.
Simplistic, minimalistic, addicting, nice music, easy concept. Although the perfect-pizza-accepted-sound is kind of dissonant to the music; maybe pitch it to the tonic, but that's just my ear being nit-picky. The controls work fine and accurately, perfect for a timing game.
Maybe a way to get back one life from time to time would be nice. I know, with a game like this that's not the idea, but I didn't say the 1up has to be obtainable easily ^_^
Anyway, keep up the good work :)

Thanks for the review! The correct pizza sound was a response to the original sound making players think they had made a mistake and as a result the new one ended up kind of rushed. It probably would have been a good idea to consider the background music when making the sound, good call. There is actually a 1up in the game it's just very hard to get; it is rewarded for beating level 9.

It's kinda monotone, but all games of this type are (usually) like that. I like the idea, leaderboard and simple controls.

If you're gonna have a rhythm game, it really needs to be timed to the music.

It's not really intended to be a rhythm game. I did definitely take the timing component from rhythm games but deciding whether a pizza was good or not was meant to be the main component. Still, thanks for the review!

Nice! I dig the Interface and the graphics are awesome. Its easy to pick up but I do wish the difficulty ramped higher quicker. I found myself getting confused at times because the tone that plays when the correct pizza goes through sounds so similar to the background music, I thought the loop was skipping. Good work!

Simple game if youre willing to sit through the repetitiveness, but regardless I get the appeal.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the music though!
