Animation was good but I don't see the humor at all (tagged under comed-parody?). I was expecting Frieza's transformation to be something that made him look ridiculous and then the Saiyans making fun of how stupid he looked. That would of actually been funny.

You didnt get the joke then. Its really for DBZ fans. Frieza is giving Vegeta and Goku their Super Saiyan speeches in his own way.
Good...but it does need a punchline (or at least a clear joke) to really feel like a parody, 'cause otherwise this is a fanfic.
Nothing wrong with fanfic, but parody is a different beast.
Great animation, goku's voice made me puke.
The animation was pretty good the voice acting was fine the writing was trash
