Reviews for "Five Nights at Dance!"

I don't really like dancing games like this where you have to press buttons as they appear on the screen in order so i can't give an accurate review of this game. but what i can say is that it was a litle fun and it was really challenging. and also can you give me any hints for the secret medal.

None of the medals worked for me :(

Dude, you should read some description, I was testing them, now work, do not get ahead in the score -.- "

So basically Dance Dance Revolution coloured with a really cheesy Five Nights at Freddy's theme, and replacing the step -pad and arrows with a mouse & clicker?

Five Nights at Dance! is not only the newest game to newgrounds, but a heath hazard to your ears and your veins. The longer you play it, the angrier you will become in real life because you start realizing that this is real, that someone actually made this game and thought it was a good idea share it with the rest of the world.

Now supposedly Five Nights at Dance! has a story; but for the life of me, I have no idea what it is. Cutscenes in this game are disoriented and have no dialogue. They do one action during the scene, and then nothing else, leaving you confused as to what's going on, and nothing ever get's explained later! So what little story we have to work with takes place in a dance club. The object of the game is to push a button with your mouse & cursor so that Freddy can dance on-stage. It will flash somewhere at the bottom part of the screen, and if you fail to push it in time, you get a game over. The game encourages you to not get a game over by having you listen to listen to a screeching cat while it sharpens it's nails on a chalkboard, aka Freddy's scream. You will then have to repeat that night over until you get it right. The buttons are not randomized, they are fixed. So eventually you will get through after enough trial & errors. But wait till you get a load of this:

- On Night 4, the buttons will stop responding when you click on them, and you wind up getting a game over anyway. The game is broken. It is latterly broken!
- There are no sound effects to indicate when you've pressed the button.
- This game took me 5 minutes to complete. And that was with me getting hit by that bug. How long would it actually take to complete the game...... 2 minutes!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! Where's the content? Where's the rest of the game???

If it wasn't obvious by now, I think Five Nights at Dance! is a piece of shit, or at least the ideas based around it. Despite this however, the game does hold up. It has half-decent graphics, it has acceptable animations (especially in the menu with that Freddy bear dancing), and it has multiple game modes. But gameplay isn't executed well, and it only being 2 minutes to complete isn't worth a gamer's time. It sounds harsh, but assume it isn't a clone for the next sentence: If we, as fans were paying real money to play this game, how outraged do you think we'd be?

The final verdict for Five Nights at Dance! is a 4 out of 10 - Slightly below average. Supposedly, the author is making a parody of Five Nights at Freddy's 2. If you're reading this: take an extra month to work on the game so that there's more fun & content. Good games are not to be rushed.

Final Verdict: 4 out of 10
NG Rating: 2 Stars

The game is not complete if we speak of sounds, the history, the game not is complex, could not be counted as history, because it lacks this, the gameplay, I wanted to do something new, and also that they are not scripts "Dance Dance Revolution" :V, on the night game 5, or 4 is hard, what do you expect? The game will not be easy all the time, I respect your opinion, but it must be sad to be noob :V (I hope I have passed the whole game).
