HOW COULD YOU??????
YOU KILLED AMI?!?!?!
*cries internally*
My eternal agony aside, this was a great series!

Ah well, i guess not all stories can have a happy ending to them.
I really liked this last episode, it seemed longer, more eventful and it had so many different choices which all unfortunately had terrible consequences.
Glad you put in some new character models and new tracks (the title screen and credits themes were kickass), it helped give it a bigger level of dept that the previous ones didn't really manage to do.

I noticed a little mistake you made, after Shia kills the family and goes over to Ami his text box reads Ami and is in her red colour instead of his dark red colour, minor mistake, nothing much.

Good job and i hope to see some more games from you in the future.

Thanks Radaketor! I'll fix that bug now :)

Just got done playing through all three episodes. The first episode wasn't quite so bad, but this episode especially shows that this is some dark stuff. The one thing I really wish was in episode 2 was the option to question Ami about what the Armageddon Children would do once they got released right before entering Shia's secure cell when taking the sneakier route into Zone Zero. Considering that Ami went as far as to kill Ash despite his decision not to kill Ami, although you could trust that Ami has some good in her, how far could you have guessed other Armageddon Children would have gone at that point in the story, especially with the sign on Shia's cell? Having that option could possibly allow for another ending where the events of episode 3 never happens and neither the player character nor Ami has to die. The Armageddon Children would still be stuck in Zone Zero, but episode 3 is concrete proof that it's best to have them stay in there if they want to destroy things so badly.

I'd say the next best overall scenario for the story would probably be letting Ami get shot by the cop in episode one when running out the back of the school. Ami dying isn't the best thing, but at least she goes down happy that the player character was her friend for a short period of time. Also no one else has to die and the player character at least has a chance to have a normal life thereafter.

Now for the actual review. The series had an intriguing story and the artwork was good, so I voted 4 on each episode. Still too bad that the character's you've drawn since the first episode of Dead Detention don't have faces. I'd rate higher if the characters had faces. I like the multiple endings idea too, it lets you see the story a few different ways.

Keep up the good work. I'm interested to see what Chronicle Bulletin will have in store.

P.S. For those looking for the golden astronaut, each episode has them on one of the choice screens.

Also, you have to view all four endings in one sitting and view the credits to get the secret medal in this episode.

P.P.S. I found a bug. If you click fast, you can see a "<pn>" tag show up as the text appears. I once got it to show up and stick around while the story was progressing towards ending 1 (both choices made).

Hoped there'd be at least one happy ending to this one, but looks like Ending 1 is about as good as it can possibly get. :/ Or, maybe the last one, with pain but no death... seems like slight potential for spin-off continuation there! I'll keep my fingers crossed. Good game.
