Your parody seems to be based on a new comic book movie featuring the joker.
The joke is about how stupid a brand new character design is.
The joker talking to his tattoo artist was clearly making a bunch of dumb requests.
I have no familiarity with this new joker; However, the absurd tattoo requests still induced laughter.
The drawings could use a bit more improvement in my personal opinion.
Closer observation on reference material and drawing more slowly will produce more polished drawings.
The joker's chin is accurate for the most part.
The background looked kinda neat but was a bit blurry.
The overall movie was a good quick little gag.
