Extremely simple. There are many games out there like this. You'll want to stand out in some way. Maybe add upgrades or events, things that happen instead of rocks squirrels and trees.

I'm guessing this game takes a lot of CPU since its so laggy.
Also the god damn hit boxes are huge for those squirrel boulders.
