Voice actors were okay for the most part. They weren't jarringly bad, except for the female Pikachu. Get a voice actress next time or use a better man voice. I know men voicing female characters can be funny, but in this case, it just seemed out of place. Audio quality is a bit bad. Deducting half a star.
Art is decent. The softness of the color set a safe and welcoming feel for cartoon, which further makes the twist jarring. Animation is only okay. Forming actual syllables appropriate for the dialogue would have been better though.
Story is funny, and the twist was unexpected. Everything leading to it was nicely wrapped up.
3.5 stars for well executed.

It was messed up at the end when Pikachu was really a ditto.
