i dont like how the controls are set up for a lefty...

it's the year 2015 and oh look, unskippable torment.

Serious bug - When you let go of arrow keys it will keep on firing, BUT if you were firing up or down it will for some reason aim the weapon to the last horizontal direction, which honestly is retarded. Like why even make use of the spacebar, why not just arrow keys? It's confusing and hard to get a hang on, especailly when 1337 skills are required early on.

The difficulty buildup is way too steep. Usually this isn't a problem, but in this game the difficulty doesn't even lie in mastering some sort of skill (My First Quantum Trans.), but in just getting used to the shitty controls. There are similar games out there and most of them did a better job.

This is one of the worst Newgrounds games I've played.

Oh I have many problems with this. The two biggest of which are the controls, and the lack of a mute button. I hated the music so much that I closed newgrounds, and opened notepad, so I write this reveiw without putting my fist in something as a direct result of that fucking music.
The controls are appauling, and bad design should not be considered a feature of a game.
1. The spacebar to shoot was not needed, the is no situation (4 levels in) where I have done myself any good by not shooting. If the game constantly requires me to press a button, it should not be a button, it should simply always be on (or possibly a toggle switch)
2. I cannot shoot diagonally, it's a pain in the arse on the 3rd and 4th levels,and the main reason that they are a challenge. Turret projectiles move diagonally, why can't I?
3. Give me an option to change the controlls so that that they are not all inverted.
4. On a related note, mouse control would be welcome.
5. The difficulty curve of the game is almost solely in existance due because I need to figure out the stupid controls in order to do anything.

Right, now that controls are out of the way, the intro was too long, I would like to skip it. The intro to the level between deaths is too long also, and breaks the pace of the game.Touching the turrets results in instant death, this is stupid and frustrating (for reasons already mentioned).
Oh, and trial and error is required to find the right path, which is poor level design (poor level design being the other reason for this steep difficulty curve).

Honestly I'm not even sure if I've covered all the problems I have with this game, there are just that many.

The concept is only somewhat novel, but it is terribly, terribly executed.

I hate the cat missiles.
