I personally thought that it was relatively done overall.
Graphics: I liked the animation. It was smooth and fairly well-drawn. +1
Voices: The voices, while not perfect, weren't bad at all. I liked them. +1
Length: I felt that the only thing this animation really needs is a bit more length. A cartoon like this would've been much better if, say, there was more of a debate between the two. +0
Humor: As I said, it needs more jokes. Not much really happened, and it seems like not enough time was put into the dialogue, etc. +.5
P.S. Watching this was NOT a waste of my time. Animating this was also not a waste of your time. There's one thing you need to know about the comment system, and it's this:
TROLLS ARE EVERYWHERE. Tom Fulp hates them. I hate them. Everyone hates them. Even the trolls. Just ignore them. Don't add things to your description; you're just feeding them. You're making them happy. Acknowledging a troll lets them know that they got their message across, and trust me... nobody wants to see a happy troll.
