Reviews for "Coming Out Simulator"

I love your art style. As for its functionality it works flawlessly, I didn't like how the text boxes kept going when I was trying to read. I recommend allowing a scrolling function, but that might get large. You could ad a dozen cap or something.

As for the topic. I honestly have no experience with any of this. It was interesting. I do appreciate gathering knowledge even though it didn't change my stance. I ended up getting transferred, if that was avoidable or not i don't know what the end goal was.

-1 cause there were a few times i didn't get what i wanted to say. I know its what "you" want to say, but we are choosing what to say for you and while you had a very good coverage there were some things like "what" "whaaat" and "whaaaaaat" that felt like i was being forced to choose one thing.

Waaaait a minute!Iam sorry if my english is f***cked up and i didnt undertand 100% the whole story but the creator of the reimagine, the game, and this...is he really a hetero sexsual or....i dunno iam very confused right now.Still,it was a good ending but i couldn't think about this at all!

*spoilers*

Not bad at all! Graphics could have been better. However, I really liked the fact that everything you said could be remembered. I think the part that stuck with me the most was when your character said "I noticed you clicked "The Truth." first from the options. What does that say about you?" because throughout the whole game I LIED constantly and tried to come off as convincing as possible. But in the end I wanted to know the truth as much as your partner and parents did. Despite the game having some really cheesey dialogue it has a really important message, not just about how hard it is for LBGT people coming out but how we all want the 100% pure truth but don't always give it because of the fear of hurting others and ourselves, and in the end the more you lie the more you end up hurting yourself when you've been confronted with evidence.

It`s really good, I really like this kind of "games" and it`s very creative. I hope the creator makes more of this games!

I really feel for this game. Coming out is a difficult and scary thing, and I found myself even struggling to do it virtually, despite already struggling through doing it in my own life. Really creative and refreshing to find a relevant narrative like this, especially one so personal.
