The reason why i am giving you no stars is because you obviously have no skill in making your own art pieces. At the moment , I am going through college for 2d/3d graphic design for game asset art. I can see that you have strong interest in Doing your own visual novel perhaps hentai as well. Do this for me study what art pieces you want and try to draw them out flesh them out so that your project can stand on it two feet and say I am original no art copied no photo copied.
And it Isn't about what program can and cant do. Get a decent program that will help better move your own project. Also this may help go to other artist old or recent and see how they did there own work and try to get some skills.
Practice with it and I'm sure you will gain better respect from community. I hate look down onto people but even worse is when you on purposely steal other people work credit just so you can make your own project. Another suggestion I need to point out is look in the mirror and look, ask yourself what am i good at. If you can do that then join with other member who might have great drawing skill but suck at using program you can work together to form a masterpiece.
No one is alone in projects. Some have claim but really they had to go other people for advice and tip n tricks.
