I have the oposite of this, i cant gain weight cause of my fast digestion, i sport 5 times a week and eat things i SHOULD eat, i have some guyse that are fat and you know what they did? they trained so hard in every way and they are losing weight in a moderate speed, moral of this story, you say you cant? Listen to the scale and get off yer sugar coated seat and get out there work those gluton off you ignorant blobs!
