Everything was more-or-less intuitive in the game, but I had to do waaaaaay too much pixel hunting to get the knife and the screwdriver (the latter is so well-hidden that /you, the programmer/ breezed right by it and had to double back in the walkthrough, lol!)
The pictures are awesome, who took them?
This was certainly enjoyable. I loved the simplistic yet creepy atmosphere of the locations and the added flickering lights in certain areas added alot to the game. At first I wasn't quite sure what to do but then everything started to make sense and lead into each other. Which is how i expect a game like this to work, over all great work!

It's interesting to explore a new place with graphics different from an abandoned place or asylum. I wish there're more locations to go through. c:
Items are rather small to spot. I had to go through some places twice before I found a hidden pathway or a tool. Not sure if it's due to reduced picture size.
Puzzles are easy to solve with the visible clues.
Very good, though easy it was entertaining. I really appreciated your efforts to have simple animations in various areas, that really adds to the realism of the game. It would have been better if you had animated the dog and that drum desiring creature. Never drink Chinese liquor or you have bad trip.
