The joke is pretty funny. The Internet Explorer joke is a bit 'meh...' though since it's been used all over the place. The animation is obviously motion-tweened; use more key frames to give it a natural look. It sounds as if you did all the voice acting in this short. There is a new Voice-Acting forum if you need another voice actor. Also, what is with the 'Subscribe' button at the end of the video? One more thing, why is everyone missing pupils in their eyes? I also noticed that the lip-sync is either exaggerated or not in sync with the audio. Overall, a funny joke but pretty bad animation. I suggest you re-work this. This could be pretty good with a lot of effort.
