Now see- You already proved that sonic *can* have a good game in 3D by showing that forst bit in the intro, the way is used to be. How do i put this? Sitting in a car and wating the road at the sides makes it look like everything is going at a fast pace. but sitting in the same car, and looking ahead of you, gives the sensation that things are going slower, because the road you see in the future is already being replaced by what you saw in the past, giving the sensation that the car is moving slow. Not entirely sure how to put it, but side-ways view on things simply *feel* faster in general, and it makes for greatly persision when executing platforming skills, in general.
As for the flash in particual, I liked it. creepy at the end, I thought he beat the chao with it, then soved it inside his head...or something, but I liked it. I think it conveys the message clearly.
