this game was excellent my only complaint would be that it lacks story. yes it's short and sweet but there isn't anything else to it a bit longer or with some plot and it would be perfect.

Thank you! Glad you liked it :) Well, it was just supposed to be a little Flash introduction project for me. Next one will be longer! Regarding the abscence of plot/story: I like games with little to no exposition, nowadays.
Goods:
1) Simple mechanic. No text needed to learn how to do stuff.
2) Good atmosphere. B/W background really accentuate the color change stuff.
Bads:
1) Short levels. Unnecessary continue option.
2) Jump button unresponsive on moving platforms. Must wait until platform is not moving to jump from platform.
Overall, good game. Hope to see more of your stuff.

Yeah, the levels are short, indeed. I just wanted to make my first small game to learn a bit about Flash development. I also agree about the controls. I was aware of the platform-jumping bug, but couldn't fix it no matter what I tried :/ If I mess with the code now, it'll just break other mechanics, I'm afraid.
Glitch found: on my system, the game freezes for about a minute when I fall into a pit or save the game status. This somehow improves in later levels, but if it isn't only my problem, the glitch may discourage new players.
Nevertheless, I haven't played such a good platform game in a while, the simple graphics and soothing background music are a combination well done. If you only made more levels, or maybe a sequel...

Ouch, that sounds bad! On my system it's only one second or so when you save/die. Hmm, I have no idea why that happens on your system, sorry :/ No one else mentioned that bug, yet.

Again, sorry, that it's so short. This is my first Flash game and it was only supposed to be a small test project. I'll make something longer next time. Maybe something Zelda-like. That's something that I always wanted to do :)
Fun game with much potential but far too short and far too easy. None of the levels felt the least bit challenging.
