This looks like a good fusion of the styles of Mario and Shantae. You might have "jumped on the bandwagon" but you did it in a cooler way than most people.

Aww shucks, thank you :D. I was wondering if mixing Shantae with this was a bit of a stretch but I really love the games and character so much I said screw it. Glad it was worth it ;)
