Reviews for "Ninja Yubi"

Nice game,

This is the kind of game I would play if I'm sitting and waiting for the bus. It's not the kind of game I would play for more than 10-20 minutes in a row. This also means that if I want to see the last upgrades I'll have to wait. This is a good thing if it can hold my interest till I actually get the last upgrades. The most I've had at one time so far is 11000.
I like the controls even though I haven't tried it on my Android with swipe yet.

I was missing an attack that requires you to swipe in a circular motion.

Good job!

Evil-Dog responds:

none of the attacks requires a circular motion hehe

Hey, This is actually really neat. The ninja is great :D and the graphics are good. Its is awesome!

Evil-Dog responds:

Thanks man

Wow, this a badass game( I mean that in a good way btw :D). Haven't even gotten to far into it and I already love it, not even a big game and it looks beautiful and runs flawless. Voice acting is funny and really well spoken, props to them . Controls are easy pick up and I don't see a problem with any of them so far but I haven't played the mobile one yet but I will surely get that as well. Very well done man.:)
Now I see you said number 2 might be made someday so I'm not sure if you gonna do anymore with the current one but if you do I think this game needs a rage meter, ninja is chopping down 1000+ enemies, some rage should come out XD but anyway you get it based off the combos you pull off through perfects and when it fills.....all hell breaks lose. The slashes get more deadlier like decapitation or splitting them in half or even doing the whole background covered in red and ninjas become black silhouettes that get split apart. Possibilities are endless but I know you won't disappoint cause I love all the games already. So just quick suggestion from a fan which I'm sure might have already been mentioned but just wanted to put out there. Anyway great game, hope to see more and now I'm gonna see if I can actually get through 100 mission.

Evil-Dog responds:

Yeah I'll be working on an update for this one, with mutliplayer, keyboard binding for powers and stuff, more voice variety, etc. I wanna add the ninja slicing and stuff but not sure ;)

Great. I was quite disappointed when you released Range of the Dead, but this has restored a lot of my faith in you!
I can see it getting addictive, even if the upgrades aren't all that fun and using spells should be more accessible. It's clearly designed to be playable through touch, which makes it a little wonky trying to play it with a mouse, but it's alright.

My only 2 complaints is that the game gets a little redundant and there isn't much of a reward factor to make up for it, as "more lives" doesn't feel satisfying as an upgrade.
You want to feel like you're growing stronger and more skillful, not padding yourself with "noob friendly" extra chances allowing yourself to fail more.
On a small side note, I think the "along" slash is ridiculously irresponsive compared to the other two, which made the difficulty kind of random when a lot of these appeared. I recommend increasing the hitbox.

I have a lot of ideas for making this game more entertaining and complex, but none of them would work very well as a mobile app game, which is clearly what you were aiming for here.
Regardless, congratulations, you made a great little "fruit ninja" game and with the right publicity I bet you could sell a few copies.

Ps. Range of the Dead was terrible, unoriginal, repetitive and had literally no learning curve or skill requirement whatsoever, why are you planning a sequel?

Evil-Dog responds:

Do PM me your ideas for ninja yubi, you never know.
And Range is not terrible, it had great success on mobile. And it is original, there's not much games like that out there. Repetitive yes I'll give you that, no learning curve, I'll have to disagree.
Sequel would be pretty different and intense and much bigger, still a mobile game though.

I Can't Play It Because I Don't Have A Permission For It

Have you installed the Unity3d player? Check in the top corner, sometimes the browser will block Unity3D, if you allow it, should work.
