Reviews for "Tesla Defense 2"

PLOT TWIST: Tesla is acually the bad guy and he destroyed the city in the background. The military are the good guys. Proof: Tesla's red and evil looking, while the soldiers are blue. Great game, by the way!

Great game! But as mentioned - if you're stuck at one level, you don't have a possibility to upgrade your items. And.. By mistake I clicked 'new game' instead of continue.. I wish there was a 'Are you sure?' message before.. I got so far T_T

Great game. I really liked the difficulty level, it was easy enough to keep me entartained but at the same time so hard i had to retry some levels. Made it through though, and got all the achievements. Feels better than most tower defense games since it was actually a challenge :)

pretty fun and simple game. The upgrade tree is pretty generic diminishing returns, though not all upgrades are created equal, which can lead to GG build trees that make the game probably almost unbeatably hard without a chance to respec, even if it's going back to end of previous battle state. Gameplay-wise, I just spammed mines then ground then air, which leads to air shooting pretty late and the air towers shoot pretty slowly, so it seems that air units tend to get closer to tesla, leading to forced focus on air with testa, since those jets with missles can get to shoot even with air towers, and it's also hard to judge how much to atk the planes since incoming damage takes so long to hit. Not sure if it's obvious, but the key bindings help a lot. it almost feels like you need to spam fireball in later stages and boss fights. Comments on nonboss fights are that 1 jammer is easy to fight against but 2 jammers make things pretty tough. The ground war is also pretty rough if all of your ground towers die at once, so you almost have to kite the ground battle back towards you. For boss battles, the transition from nonboss battle into the boss battle doesn't have a warning, so all of your towers die instantly with nonboss enemies still there. Not sure I like the fact that you can't use towers/mines on boss battles, since it pretty much makes all upgrades except the tesla upgrades useless ( the fireball and orbital strike upgrades help just a little). The missle clicking thing is fun, but I think that the big missles for boss 3 were way too hard to hit, so much so that I won by simply shooting small missles and ignoring big missles and just going for body. Overall, a pretty simple game that was quite fun and actiony.

I loved the first game and this is as awesome as the other was. Sadly no achievements, but it's cool. Then my inner achievement whore can be calmed down for once. Love electricity and Nikola Tesla.
