I found the animation to be ok. It might be because I didn't like the jokes and I'm not a fan of either of you two. I don't think it should have front page, but it's not bad.
Lol. Is that what this is now? The Ice Bucket challenge has become such a phenomenon that it is inspiring parodies on Newgrounds.
Fairly good voice acting and animation. Decent plot. 3/5 or 6/10.
