Good choice first of all; that one had an interesting message.
Second, Dave's drawing style got accurately captured and nicely animated I should add.
My only peeve would be that the pace was too slow, even for this particular short (must the silence that made it felt like that).
Otherwise, I have to say that you did a great job. :3

'Jack' animated r00ls
I'm an Avid reader of the Jack Comics, their gory depiction of the pitfalls of life, death, and sin put a new spin on all our tasty ill concieved concepts of what these things are.
Work on your animation skill a bit, and maybe, think 'prophecy' (the movie/s) with the Jack comics, I always read them and think of some quiet greggorian chant or something. Find something that lends well to the whole 'foreboding of these comics, and try fading clickery (any foley sound effect that repeats)
