Pros:
- walking sound is excellent
- animation is smooth
- the music is decent and atmospheric
Cons:
- slender man is a joke not a frightening monster
- a horror game CANNOT be boring....this is boring
3/5 in the hopes that you will "upgrade" slender man from a sleeping man to a real foe. You should also create a bit more complex town and setting. More interaction etc.

Wow, you summed it up nicely! Although, I didn't really see how the animation was "smooth", as there are only a few frames of animation in the entire game. Thanks, though :D
This was a decent experience. I was expecting something challenging, but the experience was smooth. You know that "horror game" is easy when you finish it quickly at first try and when you play again YOU have to chase the monster to see what happens when you die. I was expecting something more than fast flashes.
But I can't complain. The game is what it is. Did what it promised and the quality was pretty fair (other than the poor collision detection). So for me it is a 3 stars, which would be more or less the rating I would give to the original game (in the independent short simple horror games category).
It was more like an experience than like a game with challenge, but I have no complaint. I hope to see richer games like this, with more variables and ambient elements as well. Think, for example, of a shadow wolf running across the street, events triggering weird visual behavior or moving elements, a walking monster. Things like those, that enrich the experience.

Yeah, you pretty much nailed it, although I think you were a bit too nice. I personally think this game is shit, because it's poorly constructed and half-assed, but I'm happy to see that you actually like it :D

I know it's been years since you made this, but this is pretty boring, and it flat out doesn't look that good. Despite this, I did have a little fun playing this game, even if it was my bias for 2014 talking.
