I was surprised to find out this was one of the first thousand flashes ever submitted to Newgrounds so that alone makes this impressive and for the character designs and sound quality this was impressive for it being made in mid 2000.
The audios a bit faster than I remmeber
pokemon advocates drug use and gains a high from using them
the voices were quite good
could be longer though
