Reviews for "Galactic Gems 2: NF"

Nice game, 4/5.
Maybe, a like mach3 games?
Really:)

Done at level 17, getting no moves between 5 and 10 moves on avg. seems to be the hardest level over all nice good ambiance.

Technically it's fine and there's nothing wrong with it, but this kind of game has just been done to death. The idea was new, original, and interesting somewhere around 2001. It is now 2014.

On the positive side the graphics are nice and there are powerup "special" tiles.

For people who have already played these kinds of games years ago, we're already bored of them. For everyone else, good strategy is concentrate on removing lower tiles before higher tiles.

This is going to sound incredibly harsh, but it kind of goes in line with what NeonSpider is saying.

As it's been pointed out, there is nothing "technically" wrong with this game. That said, there is really nothing unique about it either. The graphics (albeit nice) are generic. The music (again, nice) is generic. The mechanics (though relatively polished) are unoriginal, and it all just comes together to look like a generic clone. There's nothing identifiable about this game. I could not describe this game in any way that does not describe Bejeweled (and yes, they've done space-themed backgrounds too).

If you don't feel like changing up the gameplay, maybe give us some cutscenes with twisting subplots and intergalactic intrigue. That way, we'd have something to get invested to, and when I'm trying to get friends to play it, I could say "it's Bejeweled with cutscenes" rather than just "it's Bejeweled".

Level 24 - this game stopped being fun and too much about luck This game IS different - unlike similar games, it is not a "beat the clock" game and more of a puzzle/timewaster. Sweet silence
