Reviews for "The Assassination"

I heard 2 seconds and I already noticed that the style is extremely similar to that which KatMaestro did for Arma 3: Resist.
You get every genre to work splendidly, don't you? XD

I remember Kat actually recommended you to the Resist team, as he wasn't sure if he could do it alone at first. Now I know why he'd choose to ask you out of all the potential people :)

As for this track, it's wonderful. All the things that need to be there enter at the right time, they're mixed the right way, and sound amazing together. The percussion work in particular is astounding.

I don't have any criticisms (as usually, sorry for that). I like all the sections, and the sound design.
The intensity is strong with this one.

Incredible job. Keep it up, dude ;)

Mattashi responds:

Thank you Lucid :)
Yeah we used to work together but he wrote so much more than I did xD he's pretty quick at making music!
I love reading your reviews, criticism or no criticism :)

Astounding track my friend. Top class drumming, intelligent chord changes and a great mix. Really love the vocals. You man always nail it when it comes to variety. No other I have seen have this class on NG. So I spilled my thoughts....

Mattashi responds:

Thank so much Emid, When I see that you've left a review you made my day too! :)

Very desert vibish action soundtrack! Amazing work!

Mattashi responds:

Thanks :D

What a pro. No wonder you got the job.
I'm not really into the "epic" percussion that seems to have taken over in cinema lately, but I can appreciate what you've done here for what it is. Plus the mix is super clear, very pro.

Mattashi responds:

I hear ya, it does seem to have taken over in cinemas lately, including those "Braaams" (I try to stay away from those though xD) but it's something I love to use every now and then for chasing/action scenes.
I'm far from pro though most of the time I don't even know what I'm doing when mixing and just hope it comes out ok in the end.
Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it!

Honestly speaking your music production quality is right up there with the pros now. Congrats on the gig. Very well deserved. ;)
