Reviews for "2048"

I was surprised, this game was a lot more addictive that I initially expected. I started out confused, but in a matter of seconds I was able to start getting into the game and I was extremely impressed with how unique this game is, I loved the creativity, the downside is the game doesn't last too long. I can move on quite quickly and there wasn't much to keep me around.
But A+ for creativity

Thanks! I'm glad you like it, like I said in the description, the creativity is not really my work. ;)

A fun and simple puzzle game that I found enjoyable for a short bit.

I liked the concept of sliding the numbers around to former larger and larger numbers and then combining those into even bigger numbers to continue the puzzle. It's a simple concept that's executed well.

I would have liked to see more game modes, however, and the fact that there is no music is also a letdown. Maybe a time attack mode, or a goal oriented mode would be fun to play through, and simple elevator music would have made it a bit better.

Overall it was a fun game that I could enjoy for a short while. I look forward to seeing more work in the future!

Intolerable game. Since the sum of all the numbers on the screen only goes up by 2 every time, that means you expect me to play this for bare minimum 1024 moves. Ain't gonna happen. Especially since it won't let me slide things the direction I want to slide them half the time, I try to slide 2 things together and it's like "no, I think I'd rather you didn't do that" and it forces me to either do nothing or move in a different direction.

Can't rate higher than 2 Stars because it really isn't anything new or interesting. It feels very very sluggish compared to the original, like the tiles are moving through molasses.

If you add something to it, like variable grid size, change of goals, like some of the already existing variants do, or have extra limitations you can enable such as reversed controls to make things more challenging, then you're on to something. As it is though it's just lazy, sorry.

Play this on your 3DS and stuff
